More information needed!!!

So I gather they are all models (derrr) but what kind of models? Looks look back at the literature. The models are really independent learning models, they are not designed to be given to information seekers without assistance; they require individual support, modification and explanation. T

How though.... well the Big6 provides sub-stages like directions; the NSW model uses questioning; the ISP links tasks of the process with thoughts, feelings, actions and strategies. With scaffolding, information users can move from explicit instruction to independent learners.

But the ISP is different because in the ISP, the scaffolding includes thoughts and feelings. The three frameworks are designed to operate like a cycle.

The models act as a diagnostic tool whereby teachers, teacher librarians and students can reflect on what they have done, what they need do and how they can do it.
