Post TL retaining orientation, I must say I was deeply moved by the clip Roy played about 21st century learners. It is particularly relevant to the context of schools I have taught in. I think technology can be very daunting to some teachers and the idea of having to upskill when you're already over stretched and close to retirement is probably not an ideal prospect. But it is so very relevant in the changing nature of the learner. Check it out:

I just watched your link to the youtube video of learners - thank you for posting it. It definitely makes you think. Since I live so far away I was unable to attend anything.
