Haycock

I really enjoyed the reading by Haycock (2001), which surprised me as I was tired, grumpy and very behind in all other areas of my life. Understanding the terminology was very relevant for me. I tend to find that people like to throw around acronyms and name drop some buzz words without really appreciating the theory holistically. I do believe that many people, including myself in the past, think they 'have it' when they are really resource based teaching. I believe teachers to be facilitators not fountains of learning. A saying I've heard thrown around alot. I believe it came from Steve McQueen. With increasing access to information and increasing ability to share it, RBL is really the answer for 21st century learners.
